Thanksgiving is just a few days away. We will be doing a lighter schedule on the blog so that we can enjoy the holiday with our families. We still have posts going up daily. We will return to our full schedule next week.
Are you staying in for Thanksgiving or going out? What do you prefer for the main course with your holiday meal? We make ham and turkey since our family is split on their favorite. I have to admit, my husband makes a delicious ham along with homemade ham gravy. What kind of desserts do you like at Thanksgiving? We do the traditional pumpkin pie, apple pie and my mom makes a strawberry gelatin dessert that my kids love.
I usually make the turkey and pies and a sweet potato x=casserole or two. I am abut to start baking today.
I love my sister’s dressing and gravy. It is wonderful.
