When it comes to meal time…do you have a set time that the family eats? Do you all sit at the dining room table or eat wherever in the house? My little family of 4 all sits together and eats dinner at the table. Lunch is different because of work and school schedules…but family dinner time is special for us. No electronics at the table either and the TV is turned off for at least 45 minutes. Just the 4 of us sitting and talking while enjoying our meal. How about you?
