A few weeks ago I gifted my large waffle maker to my granddaughter. It makes 4 large waffles at a time, so it’s the perfect size for her family. I downsized and purchased myself the DASH Mini Non-Stick Waffle Maker. It features a 4″ non-stick cooking surface and is compact in size. It’s 350 watts and makes one waffle at a time.
The non-stick cooking surface heats up fast and cooks evenly. You just plug in the waffle iron and when the blue light turns off, the unit is ready to use. That’s right, it’s that EASY! You don’t have to read an owner’s manual and fiddle with it. This is my type of kitchen appliance!
So, how well does it work? It works fantastic! I pour the waffle batter into the hot iron, close the lid and within 2 minutes my waffle is done. It’s evenly golden brown on both sides. There’s no undercook center area at all and it’s not burnt around the edges. I like waffles medium done with a little crispiness to them. I can cook them in the waffle to my preferred doneness.
Clean-up is a snap. I let it cool completely down. Unplug it. Then I wipe it clean with a wet paper towel or wet dishcloth. Then towel dry. It’s small enough that I can store it in a kitchen drawer, small cabinet, or in my pantry. It’s the perfect compact size for traveling and absolutely perfect for an RV motor home. Live in an apartment and limited on kitchen space? Perfect for you too!

Dash product are wonderful!!! I have a compact dash air fryer and just talked my mother in to having one. Senior with limited counter space and cabinets. I have one of the small pancake maker. They have a lot of different things compact at walmart
