Last weekend we took a day trip down to Lancaster County in Pennsylvania. We toured an Amish farm, visited a farmer’s market, an outlet mall and played a game of miniature golf at Professor Hacker’s Lost Treasure Golf and Maze. It’s located right along route 30…convenient location if your visiting one of the outlet malls.
Prof. Hacker’s Lost Treasure Mini Golf has 2 different 18-hole mini golf courses for you to choose from. We’ve played both courses before and both are equally fun! It’s a beautifully landscaped course with some water features. Some of the holes are fairly easy, while others a little more challenging.
One of the unique things you’ll find at this course is that every day they select a new mystery magic hole. After you’re done playing they’ll let you know which hole it was. If you putted a hole-in-one on that particular hole you’ll win a free game. Just remember…it changes daily.
During the busy summer tourist season they can get fairly busy…especially during the weekends. If you want to avoid the crowds try to go during their off-peak hours. We played with our 2 children (a party of 4), so it took us about 75 minutes to get through the course. We took our time and really enjoyed it.
That makes it extra fun to have a mystery magic hole. If I lived closer this would be on my list as a place to take my grandkids.
