My children love wearing bath robes. They wear them after showering or bathing, after they get out of the swimming pool, and will lounge around the house on cold weather days wearing their robes. However, they’re picky about the robes that they’ll wear. They don’t like terry cloth (towel type of fabric), smooth cotton, flannel, or robes that are entirely too heavy & thick for a child to wear.

Their favorite type’s of robes are light-weight and feel soft against their skin. Fleece is the perfect fabrication for that, plus it washes and wears well. As an added bonus, fleece robes can be rolled up and easily packed when you’re traveling…unlike heavy, bulky robes!
I purchased 2 boy’s sized robes from Prince of Sleep on Amazon. They come in a variety of solid colors, prints and sizes. When ordering, I recommend ordering true-to-size. My son owns the Blue Buffalo Plaid and the Green Camo colors. They’re the ONLY 2 robes that he’ll wear. Like I said, they’re light-weight, warm, and soft against his skin.
Each robe is roomy enough for him to wear pajamas underneath or just his under clothing. Each one has 2 front patch pockets at the waist and each comes with a matching belt which is held into place with loops going around the waistline of the robe. One of his favorite features is the hood! He loves pulling up a hood over his head after getting out of a shower.
So, why am I telling you all of this? Well, I’m going to tell you. I’ve purchased him several bath robes in the past that he absolutely hated for various reasons. On top of that, they can be expensive! We’re very happy with the quality, fit, and price of the Prince of Sleep Bath Robes for Boys that we’ve been purchasing from Amazon. So happy…that we thought we would share our experience/opinion with all of you!

I am not sure if my grandsons love wearing bathrobes. I shall have to find out. These robes are a good price and there are many options.
