Strawberry Kiwi Paletas Recipe

Nothing says summer like cooking up delicious and healthy meals for your friends and family. So we’re excited to share with you a no-fuss and easy-to-prepare recipe that is perfect for your next get-together by food strategist, cooking instructor, and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach Sherri Holzer of Simply Sherri.

Strawberry Kiwi Paletas—they’re sweet, refreshing, and easy to make. These paletas are made with natural ingredients, including strawberries, kiwi, and a touch of cane sugar. This recipe is a perfect option for those who want to satisfy their sweet tooth without compromising on health and taste. The recipe yields 9 servings.

Strawberry Kiwi Paletas Recipe

Strawberry Kiwi Paletas Recipe

2 Cups Strawberries (stems removed)
2 Kiwi (peeled, roughly chopped)
1/2 Cup Water
2 Teaspoons Cane Sugar

Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Use popsicle molds or pour them into paper cups and insert each popsicle stick into a small piece of strawberry to anchor it into each cup.

Freeze for five to six hours or until completely frozen.

    I do make strawberry popsicles , bu have never tried to add kiwis to them. This is a recipe I shall try with my granddaughter.
