The Health Benefits of Drinking the Right Amount of Water

Our parents and grandparents have always told us from a very young age that we need to drink more water and especially so at the hot times of the year like during the school summer holidays. Any medical practitioner will repeat this advice to you and the thing is that many kids and adults do not drink enough water every day to keep themselves properly hydrated and in good health. We live very busy lives and so we are so busy running around trying to do our jobs or to taking care of our families and we just don’t take the time to stop for a moment and to drink some cool, clear water.

    I love water so much and I’m still not drinking enough of it daily. I didn’t know that about feeling a headache coming on might mean that you’re not drinking enough water I will remember that tip.

    I am a water drinker!!! I have a metal 32 oz cup that I fill with half way with ice and the rest tap water. I go through about 3 of these a day. And when i wake at night I am always drinking from it.

    My mother hates water she drinks coffee and might drink a bottle of water in a day.
