Over the past 10 years my children have owned several pairs of children’s shoes from pediped. I can always count on pediped to provide high-quality children’s footwear that is comfortable and affordable. To be honest with you…my children always outgrow their pediped shoes before wearing them out! Yes, that’s how well that they’re made!
For this review we were sent a complimentary pair of boy’s shoes from the Flex Line in the Force style. This same pair of boy’s shoes are available in a few different color combinations. Pediped goes by EU sizing, so make sure you go by the US Size Chart. I personally size up a little bit when I purchase shoes for my children as their feet grow so fast!!! I found that these run true-to-size.
They feature a man-made and mesh upper, a breathable mesh lining with a flexible rubber outsole. They are done in an athletic style (we call them sneakers) and feature faux laces with a velcro-closure. This makes it very easy for my son to get his own shoes on and off his feet. As a parent, I love this particular color combination (blue and red) as they can be worn with anything. He enjoys wearing them with his shorts, denim jeans, joggers, and khaki pants.
One thing that I’ve always loved about Pediped children’s shoes is that they’re durable and last a long time! The majority of the time my children outgrow them and then we pass them down to another child. They’re quality-made, not cheap, disposable footwear you find in discount stores. It’s important to buy quality footwear that’s comfortable, provides good tread to prevent slipping, easy to put on/take off, and versatile enough to wear with anything in a child’s closet.
All pediped children’s footwear are approved by the American Podiatric Medical Association for promoting healthy foot development. All of their shoes are Vegan and machine washable. Yes, you can toss them into the washer and air dry them to keep them clean & looking nice. We wash them all of the time!
