Happy Easter 2023

We wanted to wish all of our TCC blog readers a Happy Easter! When spending time with your family, friends or even if you’re staying home…please reflect on the real reason for the holiday. We hope everyone enjoys their Easter holiday with loved ones.  We will be heading over to my parent’s house for dinner and a kid’s egg hunt. My children are so excited.

When it comes to the Easter holiday meal…what do you typicall enjoy? We enjoy ham, mashed potatoes, ham gravy, butter beans, baked corn bread pudding, stuffing, and a few other things. My mom makes all of the desserts: a cherry pie, strawberry barvarian jello dessert and Mississippi Mud pudding cups (my kids love them). We over-cook on purpose so that both families can enjoy leftovers for several days.
