It’s a brand new year and many of us have made New Year Resolutions to try to get healthier, me included. Two months ago I actually started down the path to wellness by adding liquid vitamins to the water that I drink. It’s easier to drink them…then to swallow them in pill form. At least that’s my opinion.

I’ve beem purchasing the MiO Vitamins Orange Tangerine Naturally Flavored Liquid Water Enhancer. It comes in a variety of different flavors with the Orange Tangerine being my favorite. It contains vitamins B3, B6 and B12. It contains no sugar, so great for those who are watching their sugar intake.
The B vitamins are great at helping to boost your immune system and for other healthy bodily functions. We never get enough of them by just eating normal day-to-day foods. I like drinking water throughout the day, but I enjoy it even more when it’s flavored. Especially with good for your body vitamins! A win-win!
You can squirt a few drops right into your bottled water or glass of water. I use it both ways. They’re shelf stable and 100% portable. I keep a few in my desk drawer at work, my travel bag, gym bag, a few at home, etc. To keep things interesting, I rotate the flavors that I use…that way I never get bored drinking water.
If you’re looking to boost up your water intake this year I highly recommend that you try the MiO Vitamins Flavored Liquid Water Enhancers. They’re affordable and taste great.
