My 13 year old daughter has been drawing and sketching for the past 2 years. She’s really creative and enjoys it.  She sat down with this book last weekend and immediately started drawing. At the age of 13 she needs no assistance from me with using the book. So, I think it’s great for teens and adults who want to learn to draw Anime and Manga Characters.

One of the things she likes about the book is that it’s over-sized. It’s large like a notebook, so you can see the illustrations clearly. She was frustrated a few weeks ago when she got a how-to book that was small in size (like a paperback novel). Always nice when publishers publish these larger size how-to books! This book is going to keep her busy as the cold months arrive and she’ll need things to do inside.
