I love seeing a rainbow and after a good storm comes through I always head out to see if I can find one. Well, I found one and a beautiful one at that!
While we were on vacation back in June a bad thunderstorm rolled through. It lasted for about 70 minutes with heavy rain, thunder, and a lot of lightning. After it was over people started stirring about. We walked across the street to the gazebo and saw a beautiful rainbow out over the Atlantic Ocean. At one point…briefly it was a double rainbow! Incredible!
After a good storm I like to hit the beach during the first low tide to see if I can find any great seashells. Low tide shelling is the best time to go out along the Jersey coast. Well, I found an entire bag full on that particular beach walk including some nice small pieces of driftwood that I’ll be using in future craft projects.

I always appreciate seeing rainbows. It would be nice to see more of them, but there has not been a lot of rain.
