Are you a breakfast person? If so, do you eat right after getting up or later in the morning around 10 or so? What kind of breakfast foods do you enjoy eating? I’m not much of a breakfast person. I like to make a cup of coffee and eat a yogurt or piece of fruit before heading out the door. If I do a traditional breakfast it has to be later in the morning like between 9-10 AM. I can’t eat anything heavy early in the morning. How about you?

    I am a breakfast person. I usually eat an hour after I get up. My usual breakfast is yogurt with fresh fruits , cinnamon and sometimes oats.

  2. I love breakfast food so so much but I like to eat it later in the morning not right when I get up. When I first get up I like a hot cup of tea to get me going in the morning. I love eggs, hashbrowns, toast, bacon or sausage and sometimes I like to eat grits in the morning.

    Never the same for me if I am going out to run around no breakfast . If home I might fix something early in the morning or I might have something at 10 or 11. I would be happy with a piece of toast or a big breakfast.

    I eat cereal or oatmeal within an hour of getting up. I just need that fuel to help the coffee kick in and get me moving. I don’t eat a lot and then want a cracker snack around 10. I am a nibbler eater.
