Snakes are something that most people despise. Personally, I don’t mind them. I keep my distance and don’t harm them when I see them. They have their place in our beautiful world just like everything else. Do I love them? No, but I do respect them.

My 6 1/2 year old grandson has a fascination with snakes. There’s something about them that stimulates his imagination and creative play. I wanted to teach him how to respect them and admire them from afar. To never approach one to play with it or to harm it. Yes, they’re to be respected.
The best way to teach kids about them is by providing educational books, videos, and toys. I purchased the Search Animal World Infared Induction RC Snake Toy to help educate him on snakes, both poisonous and non-poisonous varities. Children are inquisitive and will go up to one without hesitation unless they’re properly taught on how to handle a snake encounter.
One of the things I like about this RC Snake Toy is that it doesn’t need a remote control. There is an infrared sensor on the snake head. When you reach over, it will return back immediately. It’s rechargeable and comes with the USB recharging cord. Charging time is approximately 40 minutes for a full charge.
It comes packaged in a small box and you’ll need to do some minor assembly, basically connecting part 1 to part 2, part 2 to part 2, and so forth. Took me less than a minute to do with no tools required. You’ll want to charge it up as soon as you get it assembled. Then you’ll be ready to roll.
My 6 year old grandson has been learning a lot about snakes and this toy has made it a fun learning process. He enjoys playing with it and so does my almost 3 year old cat. I’m not sure who likes it more!

This is a clever and toy that my grandson would also enjoy. I agree with you on snakes. I like seeing the garter snakes in my backyard and know that they are an important part of our ecosystem.
I would so love to get this toy for my cats they would so love this one. I had no idea that they had something like this until I read your post.
