These homemade chocolate peanut clusters are super easy to make! You can make them with white, semi-sweet, milk, or with dark chocolate. You can use roasted unsalted or salted peanuts, depending on your dietary preferrences. I’ve made them using peanuts, cashews, and almonds which are equally as delicious.
You will only need 2 ingredients to make them: Your choice of roasted peanuts and chocolate morsels (a bag of chocolate chips).
Place 1/2 of the bag of chocolate chips into a glass microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at 15 second intervals, stirring in between each interval until they’re melted and smooth. While the chocolate is still melted stir in 1 to 2 cups of roasted peanuts. Keep stiring until they’re covered in chocolate.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a non-stick silicone baking mat. Drop by the tablespoon full onto your prepared baking sheet. Let them cool to firm up. If needed, you can place the sheet into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Remove from the baking sheet and place in an airtight container or storage bag.
Variations: You can use any flavor of chocolate that you prefer. If desired, you can melt additional chocolate and drizzle it over-the-top to make them look fancy or add colorful sprinkles if gifting during the holiday season.
