Elina Organics Baikal Crystal Balm for Revitalizing Your Skin

June 2, 2022 by Kristine

My skin tends to be dry, especially during this time of year. It can be caused by many things—cold or dry weather, sun damage, harsh soaps and even overbathing. I’m constantly looking for high-quality products that moisturize and improve my dry skin. Elina Organics has just expanded its product line with the launch of its organic, vegan, cruelty-free, handmade anti-aging Baikal line featuring a Baikal Crystal Face Infusion, a Baikal Crystal Eye Infusion, a Baikal Crystal Lip Infusion, and a Baikal Crystal Balm.

* Complimentary product received for review.

These new products all revitalize the skin with Lubomirskia micro-crystals penetrating the skin, creating micro-channels that stimulate active skin repair processes and collagen regeneration while delivering skin-firming micronutrients to nourish live skin cells. The main ingredient in these skin-restoring, hydrating and nourishing products are the extract and spicules from the Lubomirskia freshwater sponge.

Elina Organics Baikal Crystal Balm

What is a Lubormirskia freshwater sponge?

According to Elina Fedotova, celebrity esthetician and founder of Elina Organics Skincare & Spas, this unique sponge is only found in Lake Baikal, the world’s largest freshwater lake by volume. For centuries, infusions of Lubomirskia and other sponges from Lake Baikal have been remedies for wrinkled, inflamed, and bruised skin. Lubomirskia can help regulate the secretion of sebum, increase fibroblast regeneration, and overall general skin appearance and resiliency.

Elina Organics Baikal Crystal Balm

I’ve been using the Baikal Crystal Balm for the last few weeks and my skin feels fresh, renewed and healthy. The main ingredient in this skin-restoring, hydrating, and nourishing moisturizer is Lubomirskia freshwater sponge. As mentioned above, it is only found in Russia’s Lake Baikal and it provides firming and restoring powers to this balm. You simply apply the balm in the morning or at night and it will rescue your dry and aging skin, making it moisturized and nourished. I really like the way it feels on my skin—it is a premium product that is luxurious and effective.
