It has a rechargeable battery, so you don’t have to go out and buy batteries, just recharge and you’re ready to roll. I think any adult could comfortably use this product.
I’ve been using it for a little over 2 months and I highly recommend others to give it a try! I’ve been getting relief from all of my minor aches and pains. I really enjoy using it on my upper back, shoulders, lower back, and the back of my one thigh. It fits comfortably in my hand and is easy to use. It’s nice to be able to do massage therapy in the comfort of your own home. Plus, saves me time and money.

I could sure use one of these massagers on my legs. That is a great price too on Amazon. I like all the attachments that it has thanks for sharing.
