The perfect Cinco De Mayo cocktail is inspired by the Margarita. The idea behind this drink was to create a margarita that was stirred and not shaken. IZO’s El Caballo Blanco Recipe
2 oz Izo Bacanora
.5oz Clarified Apple Syrup*
2 Dashes Citric, Malic, & Tartaric Acid tincture
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass, stir and pour over a large rock. Garnish with an expressed orange peel and sal de gusano. Serve beverage immediately.
*Juice apples and then drip filter through a coffee filter. Cut the clarified juice equal parts by weight with sugar.
