My almost 13 year old daughter wanted to try out something new so she started playing girl’s softball and made the team! They have had 4 games so far and are doing really well. So, in addition to Girl Scout’s, Violin and Clarinet lessons…she now plays softball too! Busy pre-teen for sure!
My 6 1/2 year old son enjoys soccer and has joined a boy’s team. He has expressed some interest in learning to play the guitar or drums but so far he’s too young to get the free lessons at school. He has another 1 1/2 years to wait.
What kind of activities are your kids and grandkids involved in right now?
It is nice to see that kids are able to participate in activities again. My granddaughter is running track and my grandson is playing baseball and lacrosse.
Thanks for another great week on the blog. It sue has been one fast week for me that’s for sure. Hope you have a great weekend.
Congratulations on your kids joining their teams. My grandchildren are still a little too young to join teams.
My great niece is taking hip hop dance, ballet and gymnastics. This summer she has signed up for softball and going to still do her hip hop dance. Also they are looking at some different school session that are being offered. And she is only 5 yrs old………….. thank goodness for aunts and grandmother who can take her if mommy is working.
Mine love soccer, drama classes, dance, and sewing. The church offers classes too. They don’t do all at one time.
