Enjoy classic rock or light rock music? My wife and I were teenagers during the 1980’s and we love classic 80’s rock. We still listen to and follow our favorite 80’s bands. We still enjoy going to smaller venues to see them play but I admit we avoid the large over-crowded stadiums. They get a little too wild for our liking.
Back in February I took Shelly out on a date. We went out for dinner and then saw Journey and Toto live in concert. It was a fantastic show!!! If you ever get the chance to see them and enjoy this genre of music, I highly recommend that you go. They still put on one heck of an entertaining show.
This particular concert was held in western Pennsylvania, so I got us a hotel room for the night. It was a long 4 hour drive each way but worth it. Nice to get out and spend time together doing something we enjoy. It was held at a smaller venue which was right up our alley.
In total the concert was about 2 1/2 hours in duration. Fans were hyped for the show and sang along to all of their favorite songs and hits. Journey has some of the most classic love songs that couples can enjoy. A lot of their music can be heard at wedding receptions all across America.
