When it comes to the Easter holiday do you prefer when it falls during the month of March or April? I personally prefer late March or the first week in April. This year it falls in mid April with Memorial Day just around the corner.
Later today I’ll be hosting a small holiday dinner for a few family members at my home. The kids are excited about it. They enjoy spending time with family and playing with their cousins. On the table will be a traditional cherry glazed ham, mashed potatoes, stuffing, roasted corn, brussels, etc. For dessert – Apple pie and vanilla ice cream. My mom is going to bring over a few dishes too.

I too prefer the month of March to the month of April.. I enjoyed Easter with my closest family and visited some of them later in the day.
Quiet Easter for me this year but did enjoy a nice dinner out at a favorite restaurant with my husband. Had a view of the water but the weather was so cloudy and cold.
Happy Easter, Happy Spring! I had dinner with my best friend and we had ham, sweet potatoes, asparagus and fresh pineapple.
It does not bother me where it falls. We have saying in WV that winter is not over till our Easter Snow.
