TacRight Knives: Gear Up With the Right Knives for Any Outdoor Adventure

We are always up for a camping adventure and now that it’s spring, we’ve got plans to spend more time in the great outdoors. The first thing we do before any trip is to make sure we are prepared with the right equipment. For me—that includes all of the food and drinks we need to have an enjoyable time—for my husband—it means making sure we have propane, firewood and any necessary tools that we may need.

I recently received two outdoor knives from My Tacticial Promotions that are now part of the “camping kit” that we prepare before we hit the road. Whether you are camping, hiking or preparing an “earthquake kit” as we do here in Southern California, you should always have a knife or two at the ready.

TacRight Knives

The first item I’ve been checking out is the TacRight Folding Knife, which is sturdy, easy to use and is ideal for opening packaged meals, cutting or scoring food before cooking it and of course, using it for cutting cords or ropes if the need arises. The knife is made from 3r13 stainless steel, which has high corrosion and wear resistance. It also has a lightweight aluminum handle.

Here are some other specifics on this knife:

– Full Length: 7.5 inches
– Blade Length: 3.5 inches
– Handle Length: 3.9 inches
– Blade Width: 1.2 inches
– Blade Thickness: .98 inches

The other knife I’ve been testing out is the TacRight Black Karambit Knife. This knife is perfect for camping trips, hunting and fishing trips or any kind of water adventure such a sailing or diving. This is a strong and dependable knife that is meant to handle even the toughest of tasks. It can cut through dense foliage or through very heavy material. It has a hawkbill stainless steel blade and a curved handle with finger ring as well as a removable plastic sheath to protect you and the blade when it’s not in use.

Here are some of the specifics of this knife:

– Full Length: 7.28 inches
– Handle Length: 4.13 inches
– Blade Length: 3.15″ inches
– Blade Width: 1.18 inches
– Blade Thickness: 0.15 inches

You can never be too prepared, especially when you are heading into the outdoors. Having the right knives along for your next expedition—whether land or sea—is a must.
