When I think of seeing a beautiful sunset I typically think of summer and early fall as the prime seasons. However, late winter and early spring can be just as nice to see a beautiful sunset! Hubby and I are big fans of catching colorful sunrises and sunsets…the beauty of nature never ceases to amaze us!
Now that we’re officially into the early spring season I had to show you this beautiful sunset! It was like orange fire coming from the horizon as the sun was getting ready to set. The entire neighborhood was lit up with an orange and pinkish glow. We saw several of our neighbors standing outside enjoying it.
What was really nice is that in the northeast our trees are still naked! They haven’t gotten their foliage and leaves back just yet. You could see this sunset for miles away! Yellow, apricot, peach, orange, and coral colors. It was absolutely stunning to see! Of course…it only lasted for a few minutes but was well worth our time to go out and see.
It just goes to show you that you can find the beauty of nature in your own front and/or backyard! Who says you need to leave home to find it? Well, sunrises and sunsets are FREE!
This is a beautiful sunset photo. Sometimes the sunset through the naked tree branches are more beautiful than spring photos.
What a beautiful sunset photo. The colors are spectacular. I often see some gorgeous sunsets from my kitchen window.
