One month until the official start of the spring season. I’ve been counting down the days since for the past 8 weeks or so. I’m done with the snow, ice, freezing rain, wind, and cold temperatures. It has been a harsh winter around here. What are you looking forward to once spring begins?
Official Blog News – We’ve been on a part-time schedule since the holidays. The family got hit with Covid, bronchitis, and then the flu. It was a miserable 8 weeks for everyone around here. One person would get it, then 2 more. They would get better and then 2-3 more family members would get it by it. It was a vicious never-ending circle.
We’ll be back at it full-time starting in March. We have some fun things planned for the TCC blog readers. Stay tuned!
Covid has hit a lot of people some harder then others, I have been lucky so far Our weather goes up and down so quick. One day it was 65 the next day 17 …… some snow, some ice a lot of wind
Covid is so nasty! We all got hit with Omicron. First son in law got it from a co-worker. Over the following 3 weeks Jenelle and the kids got hit with it from him. Once they were all in the clear hubby catches it from a co-worker at his work and within 5 days I got it from hubby. Just awful. What makes it worse is that both of those people felt sick, knew they were sick and still went into work to infect everyone else there. Total BS.
Oh, I hate that you have been sick. I hope all of you are well now. It is still Winter by the season here but my flowers are blooming. We will be in the low 80s a couple of days this week. I am sure we will have more cold days ahead but I will cherish the warmer ones until Spring is here to stay.
I am so sorry that you all became sick. I hope that you are ll better with no lingering side effects. I too am tired of the cold and snow, but my older son and i both have birthdays this month so we do get to celebrate.
