Apple Cider Vinegar and Vinegar in general have been used for centuries as a natural home remedy. It has natural anti-bacterial and anti-microbial properties. It can be applied (diluted) to the skin or ingested in food and beverages.
There are some studies around the world that show it can help topical dry skin issues like dandruff, acne breakouts, can alleviate the itch from insect bites, and that’s just for starters. My main interest in Apple Cider Vinegar is as a weightloss supplement, to help reduce cholesterol, and improve my heart health. There’s a lot of information about it on the internet.
Last month I jumped on the bandwagon and purchased a bottle of Sonomo Co. Organic Apple Cider Infused Drinking Vinegar with Lemon and Vanilla. It’s orangic, raw, unfiltered, unpasteurized, and gluten-free. Contains no preservatives. Made in the U.S.A.

I’ve been taking it for an entire month and I’m pleased with the health benefits that I’m seeing. I’ve lost 9 lbs. with sensible eating, my Cholesterol is down a little bit, my guts seem to be working better in digesting foods, and overall I just feel better. Not completely health, but feel like I’m on the road to a healthier life.
My wife used it recently as a topical antiseptic. She had a small cut on the bottom of her heel that wasn’t healing-up correctly. She diluted the apple cider vinegar with water and dabbed it onto the cut twice a day for five days and finally it healed up!
There are oodles of different companies out there that make Apple Cider Drinking Vinegar. I recommend going with one that is organic and easy-to-use. You don’t have to buy the most expensive brand out in the marketplace to reap the benefits. Select one that you can afford.

I have never heard of actual ‘drinking’ vinegar until now. I have heard of consuming ACV of course and have but have always used Bragg’s since it is not processed. Vinegar is very beneficial in a whole lot of ways! Luckily I actually like the taste!
I was at walmart yesterday and happed to be looking at the vinegar’s. I was shocked at all the different drinking vinegars. Over the years I have drank a lot of apple cider vinegar. and it is good for a lot of reason
