Valonii Smart Laser Pet ToyOne of the jobs of pet parents it to provide our pets with exercise and stimulating activities to keep them healthy. It doesn’t matter what type of pet that you have! Our 2 year old cat named Romeo recently got a new cat toy which I’m going to tell you about today.

We have several laser toys set up around our home so that he can play and be stimulated in several different rooms throughout our home. The newest one is the Valonni P08 Smart Laser Pet Toy and it’s fantastic! It operates via a push button that has 3 modes: normal mode, active mode, and the power off & light off mode.

One of the really cool features is the Standby mode that the toy goes into after working for 5 minutes, when sensing your pet. It will work for 5 minutes again and then go into Standby mode. The LED lights will be on once every 1 minute.

When the unit is fully charged the LED light is always on. Then when it’s running on low voltage the LED light will flash quickly. It only takes 3 hours to get it fully charged.  They recommend installing it 1-12 meters above the ground because of the effective distance is 2 meters. We have it sitting up on our TV stand on some days but on other days move it up onto the bookcase to keep it interesting for our cat.

The unit comes with a USB charging cord, so there’s no batteries that need to be constantly replaced. Huge money-saver in our house. It can be used with cats and/or dogs. Our granddog Nellari enjoys it just as much as Romeo. They love running around and chasing the laser beam!

If you work during the day or do a lot of traveling…have a motion-activated laser toy like this one is awesome! It can provide hours of entertainment and exercise for your pet while you’re gone. You don’t need to turn it on/off or babysit it.

This sounds like a great laser toy for cats. I love how it has different angles and can be adjusted in speed and height.

  2. Cats are so funny. I have one cat that adores his laser toy, and the other cat hardly seems to notice it. So true that having something like this would be good for when one is gone to keep cats occupied and happy.
