Our boy Romeo is one spoiled kitty and he deserves it! We rescued him when he was 3 months old and instantly fell in-love with him. We try to give him the best foods, treats, toys, and of course LOVE. He’s a very important member in our family and is treated like our own child. He wants for nothing and is the KING of our castle.
Romeo can be picky about his food. He likes everything at room temperature or warmed up. He won’t eat cold leftovers from the refrigerator unless we warm them up. He likes a lot of gravy in his wet food. He’ll slurp up all of the liquid first and then eat the solid portions last. Taste is important too. He’s not afraid to stick his nose up to something he doesn’t like no matter how hungry he may be.
Purina Friskies lil’ grillers are a favorite with Romeo. They’re not meant to replace your cat’s regular food but to complement whatever you feed them. They come in 4 different flavors. Romeo’s three favorites are:

We keep dry food in his feeder and he can munch on that any time he wants. In the morning he gets a little bit of wet (canned) food and at bedtime he gets a little more. With his bedtime feeding we open a pouch of the lil’ grillers and pour it on top of 2 tablespoons of his normal wet food. Oh my gosh, he comes running for it. He’ll run like the bionic cat through the entire house to get to his dish for his bedtime feeding. It’s hysterical.
If you don’t feed your cat wet food you can certainly pour it on top of dry food or feed it all on its own. It doesn’t have to be mixed with anything. The packet states that you can feed up to 1 packet a day to an adult, average sized cat. Hence, our boy gets it once a day.

One of my cats will also lick up all the gravy and leave behind most of the other food. He like the Friskes dry lil grillers so will probably like this as well. I am going to look for it next time I am in the store for my spoiled guy.
MY son’s cats love their treats. This young man has not tried this product yet, but I am sure the cats would love to eat them too – just like Romeo.
