Have any of you tried the Canada Dry Ginger Ale and Lemonade yet? I’ve been drinking Canada Dry Ginger Ale for the past 2 decades. I alternate between gingerale, lemonade and sweet iced tea. Those are my 3 cold beverages of choice.
For the past few months I’ve seen the bottles for this sitting on the grocery store shelf and finally picked up 3 of them. Oh my gosh, I wish I had tried it sooner. If you’ve never tried it I recommend drinking it ice cold. Yeah, it makes a different, at least in my opinion.
One of the ways that I’ve been enjoying it is as an icee. I have icee cups that are placed into the freezer. After a few hours you take them out, pour in your beverage, wait 2-3 minutes and wham, you have a homade icee. It’s the consistency of a sno-cone within minutes. Perfect way to cool off after a hot day.
If I could make a suggestion to Canada Dry…I would like another version of this with lighter lemon flavor. There are times I would like to just have a “hint” of lemon and not full-on lemon flavor. Sort of like when people order water with a wedge of lemon. I could also see them expanding this to include ginger ale strawberry, ginger ale mango, ginger ale blueberry, and other fun flavors. Hey Canada Dry…are you listening???
Anyway, I just wanted to bring this new flavor variety to your attention if you haven’t tried it yet. I really like it!

I have not tried this flavor , but your review definitely makes me want to try it. I love lemon in my drinks so I probably would enjoy the full on lemon flavor.
This sounds so refreshing. I am not sure I want icee in the winter but I know it would be good in the summer. Thank you for telling me about it.
I drink a small bottle of CD Ginger ale over a couple of days. It’s the only kind of soda that I like. I have not tried the kind with lemon but now I’ll give it a try.
I have not tried this before but I have tried the cranberry ginger ale and it is good. I have mixed different things with ginger ale for years. Love the flavor
