Family Fun at Winterwood Gift and Christmas Shoppe

A few months ago we were on vacation at the Jersey Shore and stopped in to one of my favorite stores the Winterwood Gift and Christmas Shoppe. The main store is located in Rio Grande but they do have two smaller locations: one on the Wildwood Boardwalk and one at the Washington Street Mall in Cape May.

I’ve been shopping at Winterwood for the past 18 years and love it! They sell thousands of different Christmas tree ornaments, holiday home decor, outdoor yard decorations, coastal home decor, candles, jewelry, windchimes, gifts and other items. Every year I pick up new ornaments for our Christmas Tree and a new ornament for each of my grandchildren when I’m at Winterwood.

The last time we were down there Sam and I decided to act like goofballs and posed in several different yard art holiday cut-outs. You’ll find them in the grassy yard behind the store located in Rio Grande. We just couldn’t resist and it was so much fun! Matter of fact, I got a nice photo of the two of us posting in one of them that I’m using for Christmas cards this year.

If you’re going to be in the area (the Rio Grande Location) stop into Winterwood. You can do some shopping and then head out back for some family fun. They have several more holiday yard art cut-outs that I haven’t pictured here. You can take family photos and then use those photos for your holiday cards, print out the image on tote bags, t-shirts or pick up a few personalized holiday ornaments.
