Creamy Bacon Mac and Cheese Recipe

I found the recipe on the label of Campbell’s Condenses Cream of Bacon Soup. You’ll need one can of that soup to make the recipe. It adds a light smoky, bacon flavor to your mac and cheese and will yield approximately 6 servings.

Campbell’s Creamy Bacon Mac and Cheese Recipe

1/4 cup plain dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter, melted
10 1/2 oz. Campbell’s Condensed Cream of Bacon Soup
3/4 cup milk
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. chives, chopped
3 cups elbow macaroni, cooked

Preheat oven 425 degrees F. Lightly grease casserole dish with a little bit of butter.

In small bowl stir together bread crumbs and butter.

In large bowl stir together soup and milk. Stir in shredded cheese, chopped chives, and cooked elbows. Spoon into prepared casserole dish.

Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture on top.

Bake in preheated 425 degrees F. oven for 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Remove and serve immediately.
