You can use whatever fish you like. We’ve used this recipe with salmon, cod, halibut and bass fish fillets and it was equally as good. If adding it, sprinkle it in with your seasoned bread crumbs.

Baked Breaded Ranch Fish Fillets Recipe

1 lb. Salmon Fillet
3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 oz. pkg. Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tsp. butter, softened
optional – salt and ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. F. Lightly butter the bottom of a glass baking dish. Set aside.

In a small mixing bowl combine together the Ranch Salad Dressing Mix and vegetable oil until it forms a paste. Pour seasoned bread crumbs onto a plate. Coat both sides of the fish with the Ranch & veggie oil paste. Dredge through the seasoned bread crumbs to coat. Place in your prepared baking dish.

Place baking dish in a preheated oven and bake for 10-14 minutes or until fish flakes off with a fork. Remove from oven and let sit in the baking dish for an additional 2 minutes before serving.
