We’ve had a very weird weather pattern the last 4 weeks of summer. A lot of rain and thunderstorms, too much rain at times. Flash flood warnings, tornado watches, tropical depressions coming up the coast and hitting us twice in the past 3 weeks. It definiately hasn’t been a fun way to wrap up summer with all of the stormy weather that has been hitting us.
On the bright side the kids have been back in school for the past 10 days. My son in Kindergarten and my daughter in 7th grade. My babies are growing up and we’re all trying to adjust to a new school routine.
My grandkids are back in person also and I am hopeful that it will last. They are both happy to be in school and not in front of a computer all day. I look forward to the days they have off so we can have some adventures.
We received some of that weather before it made it’s way to you. Some just rain and other took down limbs but now we are back into the heated summer days. I look forward to seeing all that is going to be posted next week.
Boy this week just flew by I can’t believe it is already Friday. I like the quote of the week thanks for sharing that one. I can’t believe your son is already in Kindergarten I remember when he was born seems like yesterday. Thank you for another fun week on the blog hope you all have a nice weekend.
I love that both giveaways this week are about crocheting . The problem with this quote is people have different interpretations about looking our for your country.
