The Mailbox Monday Meme is about celebrating all of those fun things we get in our mailbox every month! These items can be giveaways/contest prizes that you won, freebie samples you snagged from the internet, gifts you received from loved ones, etc.
Last month we were really busy as a family so we didn’t have much free time to enter giveaways, grab freebies & samples, etc. I really miss getting a mailbox stuffed full of goodies.
I did enter a giveaway on a blog and won! In case you didn’t know I’m a reading glasses addict. I like having oodles of them around the house. I change them out to suit my mood or outfit that I’m wearing that day. I keep a pair or two in each vehicle, a two pairs in my handbag and well, let’s just say I love them!
From a blog giveaway I won 3 new pairs of reading glasses and 2 of the styles I just love. The other one is “okay”. Along with the 3 pairs of glasses I got a beautiful aqua colored shell chain that hooks onto the glasses so I can wear them around my neck. Love that! Plus, they sent a box of 25 packets of eye glass cleaner so I can keep my lens clean. Woohoo!

Your blog was very generous to me this past month. I received the Little Bridges’ Grandma & Me Explore Outdoors Activity Kit and the Show Me the Kwan Word Game by Griddly Games. I also received a Grizzly Cooler from another blog. After not getting anything for a couple of months… August was very nice for me. Thanks to you and your blog.
I won a prize from the Smithsonian for my niece and nephew. Also a couple of Amazon GCs that didn’t come in the mail.
I love the aqua shell chain to hook onto the glasses. I cannot remember what I won this last month: a couple of books for my granddaughter was one of the items, but no money.
