One of my dad’s favorite cocktail drinks is a White Russian. He’s been enjoying them for as long as I can remember. The cocktail is easy-to-make and a great choice for people who enjoy coffee flavored beverages along with vodka. When I make them for my dad I like to chill the glass for 20 to 30 minutes before preparing the drink. He likes them ice cold!
Variation: During the summertime I’ll prepare them in a larger glass and add in a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream. He lets it melt a little bit, stirs and enjoys it as a special summertime treat.
How to Make a White Russian Cocktail Drink
2 ounces vodka
1 ounce coffee-flavored liqueur
1 cup ice
1 ounce heavy cream
Place the vodka and coffee-flavored liqueur into a glass. Use a straw or stir spoon to gently mix. Add in the cup of ice and heavy cream. Stir again. Serve immediately.

I used to drink these with my husband. Sometimes I would add brewed coffee to it, and always Kahlua.
I am not a coffee fan but really these look and sound so good. I think adding the ice cream would make extra special
I remember having one of these, long, long ago. I’d like it with the ice cream.
I haven’t had one of these in years. They are delicious!
