We had a very busy week. Spent some time at my parents house helping them clean the pool, the deck and front porch. A thunderstorm came through a few days ago and made a mess for them to clean up. In between that I was helping my mom harvest some tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, cucumbers and peas from their garden. In exchange for helping, Momma always sends me home with goodies.

What kept you busy this past week?

Comments

  1. Thanks for all the informative posts and the fun crafts and recipes. Yard work and having grandkids over for backyard play and crafts kept me busy this week.

  2. gloria patterson says

this week sounds good. Have not got in REAL home grown tomatoes yet hopefully this week. The STEM game sounds interesting

  3. Peggy Nunn says

Food from the garden is the best. I have friend that gives me vegs from her garden. The tomatoes are out of this world good. It is so nice to have fresh food for a while until we go back to frozen.

  4. Jo-Ann Brightman says

I laughed at today’s proverb. It reminded me of something my dad always used to say to me. He really believed in going outside to take a walk and enjoy the fresh air. Right now it is pouring here, so I am not planning on going outside for a while!.

  5. Thank you for another fun week on the blog. Let me see what has kept me busy over the past week is trying to stay cool and worrying about wildfires on our area. It is super dry here and we are getting tons of smoke I am praying for rain.
