The Mailbox Monday Meme is about celebrating all of those fun things we get in our mailbox every month! These items can be giveaways/contest prizes that you won, freebie samples you snagged from the internet, gifts you received from loved ones, etc. What doesn’t it include? Yucky bills.
Oh my gosh, I feel old. I just had a birthday the end of last month and let me tell you…growing old isn’t for sissies! Your body aches almost daily, wrinkles & fine lines slowly start appearing, gray hair starts popping up and things start sagging south. Yes ladies, you know what I mean!!! Ugh.
Anyway, a dear friend of mine sent me a present which arrived in my mailbox late last month. She sent me a coastal seashell shaped chip and dip serving tray along with a set of ceramic seashell shaped measuring spoons! They’re so cute!!! The perfect new additions to my beach-style kitchen.
In addition to that…I got 2 gift cards to Kohl’s (one of my favorite stores), a few birthday cards, a new birthday outfit and hubby took me out for a steak dinner. I love birthday month!

Happy Belated Birthday!. I know that growing older can be hard, but I still love to celebrate my birthday. I received a neck massager from my kids a few days ago for helping them and I love it.
I won a logic game. The girls love it. My son and his wife also play it. Happy Belated Birthday.
I won a ASUS Laptop, which was great since my other one was 8 years old. I also got a prize from Oreo contest a Music Box and assorted OREO product.
