Can you believe it’s July 4th already? Last year seemed to drag on and on. This year seems to be moving along at a much faster pace. I think a lot of that has to do with the lockdown that most of us experience for an extended amount of time last year. I never thought it was going to end!!!
Independence Day is one of my favorite holidays. We enjoy getting together with a few family members & friends and having a barbecue. If the weather is nice we’ll hang out in the pool and play a few backyard games. We enjoy spending a lot of time outside during this time of the year.
It’s a special holiday for another reason. We live in the greatest nation on earth. The United States of America. I love our country and I’m proud of it. Just remember, freedom isn’t free. People have paid for our freedom and continue to pay for it. We all need to respect one another and our differences.

Happy 4th to you and family. It was a great day to be outside yesterday with family and friends. I too am grateful for our country and freedoms.
Happy Fourth of July! Went swimming with my best friend and then we had BBQ salmon and steaks.
