For the past 2 weeks this has been my go-to cookbook! Grilled cheese sandwiches are the perfect lunch, dinner, appetizer and/or snack. All of the recipes in this book are easy-to-make! You don’t have to be a gourmet chef to recreate them and all ingredients are readily available at your local grocery store. This is my type of cookbook!

My family loves grilled cheese sandwiches and we plan on trying every single recipe in this book! A great variety so that you never get bored.  The recipes are so inspiring and creative that I’ve been thinking about coming up with my own variations to them. I really love that the author included recipes go along with our favorite sandwiches! (You gotta try that grape salad, it’s delicious).
