I’m a prolific hand washer thanks to working many years at the local hospital. Those good hygiene habits continue today and perhaps even more so due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. It’s extremely important that we all wash our hands numerous times every day for at least 45 seconds with soap and water. You can use liquid hand gels while out-and-about, but it’s still VERY important for you to lather up with a good hand soap several times a day.

Baylis & Harding Lemongrass & Ginger Natural Hand Wash

For this review I received a complimentary bottle of the Baylis & Harding Goodness Lemongrass & Ginger Natural Hand Wash to try out for all of you. One thing that immediately impressed me was the 16.9 fl. oz pump-style bottle. Most liquid hand soaps come in smaller bottles that we go through quickly. It’s generously sized! Next…the bottle is made out of 100% recyclable materials.

The liquid hand soap contains natural oils, mild plant-based cleansers and is made in the U.K. by a family owned company. The Lemongrass & Ginger  hand soap is made with organic extracts of orange and black pepper. It has a slight citrus fragrance but isn’t over-powering at all.

One of the BEST things about this liquid hand wash is that it doesn’t get overly sudsy. You won’t find a thick, heavy lather with it and it won’t take an hour to rinse off your hands. Some hand soaps are too sudsy in my honest opinion and this one produces just the perfect amount of suds. It rinses quickly and cleanly from your hands and leaves no residue or film behind.

I found the hand wash to be very moisturizing too! Before I started using it I was getting dry patches on my palms and between my fingers from washing my hands too much. All of that ended shortly after I switched to the Baylis & Harding hand wash! It’s gentle enough for everyone in the family to use…from the kids to parents, to grandparents and everyone in between. It’s a real winner in my book!
