I really enjoy the month of April. The temperatures are starting to warm up, birds are out chirping, building nests & laying eggs, bees are pollinating spring flowers and all kinds of wildlife seems to pop up & come out of the shadows. The daylight hours are longer and as a family we can spend more time outdoors in the sunshine. It’s a pretty time of the year.
Yesterday I spent time cleaning up some of our deck furniture which was a real pain in the butt. Took me almost two hours to scrub them clean & hose them down. After I was done with that project I went around and cleaned out our two bird feeders and three birdhouses. I’m exhausted but feel like I got a lot accomplished this weekend which makes me feel good.

Looks like another fun week ahead on the blog. I did a lot of running around over the weekend and yesterday on Easter I did a ton of cooking I am still a little tired but we have some wonderful yummy leftovers to eat for a few days. I too love this time of year everything is so beautiful.
Sounds like you were a busy lady spring cleaning your yard area. Sounds like the blog is going to be busy this week. We had easter dinner with my brother & family and when we left it was still daylight. I love having longer day light. This week we are to be in the 70’s all week. Flowers are starting to come up and a lot in bloom…………….. LOVE SPRING
I like April too. It was so pretty here yesterday. I just enjoyed the weather.
