How to Make a Strawberry Mojito

During the months of May and June in the northeast you’ll find local (fresh) strawberries in-season. When purchasing fresh strawberries you always want to inspect them first. Look through the basket (top and bottom) to make sure the berries don’t have mold or bruising. They should be plump and have a nice red coloring to them.

Last weekend we had a few friends over for a backyard cookout and whipped up several delicious strawberry mojitos. They were a big hit! Here’s how you can make them.

You can find a ton of easy-to-make cocktail recipes on the TwoClassyChics blog, other websites, and over on YouTube. Of course, the best ones are on our blog!
