Here’s a few that I selected from the book:

* Describe a moment in time when you wished you could disappear.
* What was the last thing that made you cry?
* Do you feel fulfilled by your work? Why or why not?
* Write about a song that reminds you of a time from childhood.
* What skill do you possess that people aren’t aware of?
* Write about an experience you had involving fire.
* Compare yourself to someone you look up to.

It’s a soft-cover book (paperback) with plenty of room & space for you to write down your thoughts and feelings. As I flipped through the book and read through some of the prompts it brought back a lot of memories from my childhood and early adulthood. I really had to think about how I would answer some of the questions. With some of the other questions, my answer immediately came into my head.

I started writing in it two weeks ago and some day I plan on handing it down to my grandchildren. I think it’s a great way to preserve memories, thoughts and ideas. Of course, you don’t need to pass it down to anyone. You can use it as a diary and keep it all private. That’s entirely up to you.
