I have bought “used” computers before from Micro Center. Some are really used and refurbished (never had a bad one). But computer companies will put maybe 1000 of a version in Best Buy warehouse…. if they don’t sell and Best Buy returns them when the new version comes out…. they can’t be sold as new even though they have never even been out of the box. So I have also bought “new in box” but sold as used at a good discount. I have never been disappointed.
That would be a hard decision for me to buy a used computer. I know how to operate one but zero about what this does or that does. I guess it really boils down to what you need at the best price
