We’re closing out the frigid month of January and moving onto February. We have approximately 7 weeks until Spring. Yuppers, I’m counting down those weeks. Bring on the sunshine, warmth and fresh air.
This week’s question: If you could travel to any destination in the world where would that location be and why? I would choose Belize. I had seen pictures in a bridal magazine of their beautiful beaches. There was a specific resort there that I would love the opportunity to stay in. The area looked beautiful. How about you?
Oh, I can not wait for spring. I have seeds to start soon, we can not plant in the ground until at least May 20th so timing is key. I am interested if there are any new canning supplies this year. I can a lot of my garden and the wild berries around here. There is nothing more satisfying than popping open a few jars of your own tomatoes and making homemade sauce. Funny story though, I picked a few jars of diced tomatoes out from where we store them and was so upset because they looked terribly dark and discolored. It took me waaay too long to remember that I had canned some in green ball jars, perfectly red and beautiful inside.

Sounds like another fun week on the blog. I would love to travel to Rome Italy and also several other parts of the country. I love the food so much and I know I would have the time of my life there. The clothes, the landscape the beaches.
I want to go to the Keys. My guy has never been and it is so beautiful there!
I’ve always wanted to travel to Bermuda. The beaches look beautiful. I’d love to explore, enjoy the cuisine and sit on a beach and relax.
I look forward to seeing all the new posts. I would probably go to Florida and see the beautiful beaches again. I have been several places outside the US and have no desire to go again. I like the beaches and clear sky.
Sounds like you will be having a busy week. If I could go any where it would be Barbados! Beautiful country the weather is so wonderful, the food and the people. We got to spend a week there almost 20 years ago and I have to wanted to go back so much.
