The National Christmas Center Reopening in 2023

The National Christmas CenterA couple of years ago we visited The National Christmas Center located in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania as a way to get excited for the upcoming Christmas holiday. We had visited a few times over the year and always enjoyed our visits. The center housed one of the largest collections of Christmas related items in the country.

Two years ago they closed their doors and sold everything to Stone Gables Estate in Lancaster County. You can read all about the history of the center and what’s going on with it now. To make a long story short…it will be re-opening in a new located in the fall of 2023 on the Stone Gables Estate property.

Oh my gosh…I’m so excited to hear that! We had taken our granddaughter (she’s now 11 year’s old) but our 5 year old grandson has never been there. We were going to take him the year that they closed down. He loves Christmas like most kids.

For those of you who have been wondering what happened to the center you can find all of the information on the National Christmas Center page on the Stone Gables Estate website. If you’re a lover of all things Christmas this is great news that it will be re-opening again in 2023 and be bigger and better than ever!!!

I was going through my camera roll and found three photos that I had taken during our last visit to the center and wanted to share them with all of you today. Wow…what a walk down memory lane. I’ll be watching the progress and once they re-open again I’ll get down for a visit so I can share photos & new information right here on the TCC blog.
