Whisper Creek Tennessee Sipping Cream, a multi-award-winning spirit brand of Pennington Distilling Company, shares their Pumpkin Spice Latte Martini Recipe with the readers of the TCC blog.
Unlike mainstream cream liqueurs, which use a white liquor base, Whisper Creek features premium-aged, charcoal-mellowed Tennessee whiskey which is made by Pennington Distilling Company on-site as well. Each sip of Whisper Creek reveals layers of fig, sorghum, persimmon, and pecan, dominated by notes intrinsic to whiskey itself – caramel, vanilla, and burnt molasses.
Sure, pumpkin spice lattes maybe a little “basic” these days, but whoever said basic could not be tasty?
Whisper Creek Pumpkin Spice is just all the Whisper Creek Flavors – with real dairy cream, all-natural flavors, and pure Tennessee Whiskey. So why not see how good a “PSL” can be?!

This recipe sounds very interesting. Why is it a martini? There is neither gin nor vermouth in it and since I prefer rum and coffee that’s fine with me.
I am not a big fan of pumpkin flavored drinks but I am interested in this. I will have to think about it. Thank you for the recipe.
I might be tempted to over-indulge with this one. Yummy flavors.
This is the second time i have read Tennessee Sipping Cream, I have now added it to my shopping list. This sounds like a good drink but not for me not a pumpkin fan
