On December 21st, 2019 we received one of the best Christmas gifts ever! Our daughter took us to a local cat rescue group to introduce us to our new kitty Romeo. At the time he had just turned 3 months old. We instantly fell in-love with him and brought him home to live with us.
From what we were told he was found at approximately 2 weeks of age laying in a corn field 20 miles from our home. He was rescued from that corn field and was treated medically. Then he was bottle fed and hand raised by his foster mommy. She did a really nice job with him. You can read his kitty adoption story HERE.
Our daughter paid all of the adoption fees for us (as a Christmas gift) last year and he quickly became a beloved member of our family. My husband and I both adore him and trust me…he’s very spoiled! He thinks he’s human! He has to be with one of us at all times or he cries. He follows us from room to room throughout the home. He sleeps with us too!
December 21st, 2020 will be his 1 year anniversary living with us. We celebrated by getting him a new scratch post, 2 bags of treats and a new catnip toy. This boy wants for nothing and I mean nothing! He has 3 baskets loaded with cat toys, 5 different cat bed spread throughout the house, 2 water fountains for drinking water and he has his own kitty stroller that we put him in when we go out for walks. He’s a real celebrity in this neighborhood! LOL
Here’s our handsome guy and his official Christmas 2020 photograph. He’s a real ham and will pose nicely for photos. I guess he’s used to his mommy taking a lot of pictures of him. Merry Christmas to everyone and their furry friends!

What a handsome little gentleman. We adopted a poodle puppy in May. This year a lot of pets have been adopted.
He is a beautiful kitty and reminds me of my cute Willow kitty. She has the same tail and coloring! Cats are wonderful pets and provide so much laughter and happiness! I am so glad you adopted him.

He looks like my Billie that I lost several years ago. They so easily slip in to our lives and we spoil them so. I remember having all my furniture arranged and tops clear so he could look out of the windows. I had to smile when I read the kitty stroller 🙂 Love
