Fall Asleep Faster with CBD Living Sleep PM Syrup

For the past 25 years I’ve had problems falling asleep at night and/or staying asleep. The majority of my issues are caused by chronic pain which always seems to be worse at night. There’s nothing worse than laying in bed staring at the ceiling all night.

CBD Living Sleep PM Syrup contains 200 mg Nano CBD with 16 mg Melatonin. It comes packaged in a 4 fl. oz. bottle and is classified as a Dietary Supplement.

The syrup is THC free, Non GMO, Vegan, and Gluten free. Made in the U.S.A. Serving size 1 tablespoon containing 40 calories.

Ingredients: Proprietary Broad Spectrum Nano Hemp Extract (aerial parts) Cannabidiol CBD 25 mg. with 2 mg. Melatonin per serving. Other ingredients include Sorbitol, Deionized Water, Citric Acid, Salt, Natural Flavors, Fruit and Vegetable Juice (for color).

Suggested Use: Shake well before use. Take 1 tablespoon directly before bedtime.

Warnings: Consult physician before use if pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking any medication. This product may cause drowsiness. Do not operate heavy machinery. Do not consume alcohol while consuming this product. Keep out of reach of children.

I received 2 bottles for my review – one in the grape flavor and one in the cherry flavor. Both had a nice flavor with no bitter after-taste. I liked both equally well.

For the past 12 days I’ve taken 1 tablespoon at bedtime, about 45 minutes before crawling into bed. I personally felt more calm and relaxed as my head hit the pillow.

Overall I fell asleep faster than I normally did and woke less throughout the night. When I did wake up I was able to easily get back to sleep. When I got up in the morning I felt refreshed and ready to start my day. One of the best things was that I didn’t feel drowsy the next day.

I have a very sensitive GI system and experienced no stomach upset or adverse reactions. We’re all different and respond differently to things. I’m not a health professional and just sharing my personal experience with the product with the readers of the TCC blog.
