We are slowly getting back up and running. Thank you to everyone who has been patient during this time. Mom’s accident and my new job change both happened in the same week. When I’m not at work i’m home schooling the kids, taking care of my house and running errands for my parents. My grandma Carol has been staying at my parents house to help with my mom’s medical care. That left no one to care for the blog. We’re all adjusting and getting schedules worked out as it will take my mom 16-20 weeks to get up on her own two feet. She hates being dependent on all of us to cook, clean, shop, bath her, do her medicine and help assist her during therapy exercises. It’s a lot!!!
Best wishes for a speedy recovery for Shelly. I bet it is so difficult for a busy active person like her to be laid up like she is. I am so glad she has so much love and support from her family.
I am glad that you are able to do anything on the blog and that it is working again. Stay healthy yourself.
We are just glad all of you are doing well enough just to get back up and doing what you can. I am glad Shelly is out of the hospital and home safely. Take time and get well so there are no relapses. Dependency is humbling, but you see how much people around you love you. Welcome back.
