Pumpkin Spice Popcorn Recipe

October 6, 2020 by Jenelle

Pumpkin Spice Popcorn RecipeTis the season for everything pumpkin flavored. You can find pumpkin flavored coffees, teas, cakes, pies, brownies, breads, whoopie pies, smoothies, ice cream and yes…even snacks! I admit that I’m one of those pumpkin fans and can’t get enough of it during this time of the year.

Today’s guest post recipe is courtesy of Popcorn.org. You can find all kinds of great recipes on their website. This one will make approximately 8 cups of popcorn and looks delicious!

Pumpkin Spice Popcorn Recipe

8 cups of popped corn
1/3 cup butter
3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Pinch of ground ginger

Put popped corn into large bowl. Melt butter and add the granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg and ground ginger. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Drizzle over popcorn and toss until well coated. Store mixture in an airtight container or food storage bag.

This sounds like a great snack to watching tv at night. Really a great snack any time. I want to make some soon.
